The Registrar and the Financial Aid Officer are available to assist students, who have met Willis College admission requirements, in completing necessary documentation and to aid in financial planning.

Second Career Program, what is it?


The Ontario government is helping laid-off workers get back to work.

You may qualify for up to $28 000, or more in some cases, to pay for tuition and expenses such as:

  • Books
  • Living expenses
  • Help caring for dependents
  • Travel & Transportation
  • Disability supports
  • Other living and training costs

Is Second Career right for you?


  • In the past 4 years, have you been laid off from a fulltime job in Ontario?

  • Currently, are you either unemployed, working fewer than 20 hours per week or simply underemployed?

  • Are you interested in training for a new career in Ontario?


Willis College diploma programs may qualify for Ontario Second Careers funding.

Where can Second Career Take You?


Second Career can help you train for a new career at a Community College anywhere in Ontario, or a Registered Private Career College such as Willis College. Placement Incentives are also available if qualified.
