Esthetics - Program Length - 36 Weeks

Program Summary

Our program teaches the skills needed to be an integrated and professional esthetician. Beautification of the body is achieved through treatments to provide professional care of skin, hands and feet, and the use of cosmetic products.  This program covers all the areas of esthetics from manicures and pedicures, to waxing and tinting eyebrows.

Employment Opportunities

Individuals in this field can find employment in sales, facial and body treatment centers, and day and health spas.  Individuals may also be employed in beauty salons, electrolysis studios, scalp treatment and hair replacement clinics, and other similar establishments.  Employees in this profession may also desire self employment.


Prerequisites

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma, General Education Diploma or Mature Student Status
  • Photo ID/SIN document verification letter
  • Successful interview with the Registrar
